Shipping methods

 

The Company will organize the delivery of the Products to the address indicated by the Customer by means of selected professional transporters. Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail;
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps);
  • the Customer acknowledges and accepts that in the event of impossibility of delivery of the Products due to his (or the person in charge) not being present at the time of delivery on the day and in the agreed time slot, the Products will not be canceled from the order and the relevant amount will not be credited back to the Customer.
  • To guarantee freshness, the shipment will start from the manufacturers' warehouses, consequently the customer will be able to receive multiple packages from each manufacturer relating to the products purchased
