Refund policy
SHIPPING METHOD
The Company will arrange delivery of the Products to the address indicated by the Customer using selected professional transporters. Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is at street level.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document in advance via e-mail;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or plastic straps);
- to be aware that, in the event of impossibility of delivery of the Products due to the absence of the Customer (or the person in charge) on the day and in the agreed time slot, the Products will not be canceled from the order and the related amount will not be re-credited.
To ensure freshness, shipping will start from the manufacturers' warehouses. As a result, the Customer may receive multiple packages from each manufacturer, depending on the products purchased.
COMPLAINTS
Any damage to the packaging and/or the Products must be immediately reported by the Customer by placing, on the Transporter's delivery document, a written control reservation, specifying the reason for the reservation (for example: "Laundry packaging", "Tampered packaging").
For any anomalies found on the Products, other than those due to the physiological deterioration of the food products or mere packaging imperfections, the Customer may contact the Company at the e-mail address info@petraliapistacchi.com, specifying the defects found and documenting them with photographic material no later than 48 hours from receipt of the product, under penalty of forfeiture.
SHIPPING COSTS
For orders in Italy and Europe, shipping costs are determined based on weight ranges and reported in the cart. These costs may vary depending on the number of packages shipped. Shipping is free for orders over €89 for foods from the same manufacturer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter. d) and e) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded in relation to:
- Goods purchased by a customer who is not a consumer and/or who requests an invoice;
- Goods that are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and which have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases of exclusion listed above, the Customer is informed and accepts that the Products that "risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" include all food products offered by PETRALIA PISTACCHI SOC. COOP. To R.L. on the website, since the characteristics and qualities of these Products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage.
